We are currently looking for a data driven Head of Publishing to lead an awesome team banded together to lift off a brand new mobile game publishing operation. We are looking for candidates with:

• • • Significant experience in in production/management roles in hypercasual/casual mobile games. Less experienced may be considered as Publishing Team Lead with a clear growth path.
    • Strong analytical skills, comfortable drawing conclusions from data – user acquisition/monetization/analytical background is a plus
    • Solid up-to-date knowledge and understanding of vital metrics and strategies across ever-changing hypercasual space.
    • Ability to employ the above-mentioned knowledge to guide the team towards positive ROIs via clearly defined, timely goals.
    • Good understanding of the trends in the market.
    • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written command of English language.

Your responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• • • Take part in building the present and future of the project working closely with the C-level, defining the guidelines and the roadmap.
    • Lead and mentor the team towards success; Excellent grasp of industry specific metrics, ability to extract relevant data to use in decision making will be expected to carry out this task efficiently.
    • Defining quarterly ROI-first goals, and being accountable for their realization.
    • Help establish and maintain an excellent brand reputation for the project
    • Varying degrees of involvement/guidance in all aspects of the operation will be needed, UA/Monetization, business development..etc.
